Organization is Key

  • Create a shared folder in Google Drive
    • Put all of your docs in this folder.
    • Name files according to priority by putting a number before the title.
  • Bookmark the folder in Chrome so it can be found with one simple click.
  • Be sure to reserve any technology and print out any papers as you're finalizing your plans/meeting.

Scheduling Options

  • Share a Google Calendar
  • Create & personalize a table in Google Docs with your schedule
  • Create a Google Sheet dates listed at the top, and meetings, observations, & lessons listed in the cell below the date. Other cells in the columns can be used to put links to lesson plans, or further explanations.
