Scouting for Food Service Area Selection
Please follow the process as outlined below to select or alter your unit’s service area selected last year. **NOTE** Please do not overlap with areas already selected. Areas are assigned on a first come, first served basis.
Step 1: Follow the link to our custom Google Maps page. Here is the link!
Step 2: Review the list of Unit areas to determine if your Unit has selected an area. If your selected area looks accurate, you're all set and no further action is necessary. If you are changing your area, first delete the previous selected area before continuing to "Step 3." If you are selecting an area for the first time, please continue to "Step 3."
Step 3: Select the Line/Polygon Tool Step
Step 4: Select “Add Line or Shape” Step
Step 5: Draw lines on roads or through open areas.
Step 6: Surround an area that your unit can cover for Scouting for Food. Do not overlap with any other drawn polygons.
