MECHANICAL ENGINEER

(full time)

Your tasks/responsibilities:

• Organize and lead mechanical activities in the company to serve all the current and future needs of the company.

• Co-operate with the other engineering, technical teams to provide a unified and thorough technical support to the existing operation, as well as to future expansion and improvement projects.

• Provide technical support to the mechanical up-keep of the production line and utilities

• Organize and oversee all preventive and ad-hoc repair jobs of your team

• Direct and coach workers, technicians and engineers to the point of being able to provide effective and independent support and back-up.

• Supervision of External contacts: - Subcontractors, suppliers of engineering equipment, tools or services , Software service provider

• Downtime planning in coordination with related departments

• Spare part management and Order processing.

• Evaluating the value creation process from deviation to successfully completed, sustainable repair, as well as planning and implementing using available resources, followed by effectiveness checks.

• Periodically review equipment and system alarms to identify forced deteriorations, adverse trends and potential failure points as well as areas for improvement

• Monitor and maintain the entire control system and ensure operable back-ups are always up-to-date in both hardware and software. Implement process optimization continuously.

• Coach and train Mechanical engineers as well as the workers to improve their work and engineering skills.

• Assist the Technical Manager in the preparation of training plans for the development of the mechanic and electricians’ staffs

• Implement continuous improvement on environment impact, resources consumption and waste generation.

• Develop preventive Maintenance and Work procedures for standard and special repairs and incidents.

• Processing of tasks in the CMMS system (current C-works in future SAP productive maintenance).

Your skills:

• Bachelor degree with major in Mechatronic.

• Good English speaking skills

• Know Autocad and Microsoft Office
