Scope of work
Assist the Procurement team in sourcing and purchasing materials, equipment, and services.
Support supplier communication and follow up on quotations, purchase orders, and delivery schedules.
Maintain and update procurement records, supplier databases, and purchasing documentation.
Assist in preparing purchase orders, contracts, and procurement reports.
Support price comparison and vendor evaluation activities.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth procurement processes.
Help monitor order status and ensure timely delivery of goods.
Perform other administrative tasks related to procurement as assigned
Working Hours
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Benefits:
Internship allowance: 5,310,000 VND/month

Shuttle bus from Ho Chi Minh City (Dist. 12, Go Vap District) ⇔ Binh Duong Factory (Allowance VND 30,000/day)
Requirements:
Student or recent graduate in Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Good command of English is an advantage.
