All purchases will be rounded up to the nearest dollar to benefit our school library.

Preferred payment types are Gift Cards, Checks, and Credit Cards. We will accept student credit cards with a parent note.

You may write a “Do Not Exceed” amount in the memo line of the check (We will fill out the exact amount due.)
If a check has a designated amount we will help your child use up as much of the money as possible. The leftover balance will be donated to the library.

Be sure to choose the correct school - Vestavia Hills Elementary - Liberty Park
Gift Cards are the preferred way to send money for your child to purchase books at the Book Fair.
Students do not have to print out gift cards, we will have their information, as well as available balances, at the cash registers.
Each student at VHELP will need his or her own Gift Card (it gets tricky when siblings share a card).
Anyone can create purchase a Gift Card for a student. This is a great way for Grandparents to send money for books from afar!
Unspent funds at the end of the Book Fair may be spent in the online Literati Book Fair or saved until the next spring Book Fair. If there is a substantial balance left on a student's Gift Card, Mrs. Walton will be sure to invite them back to the library to try to spend unused funds.
