Technical Debate

A technical topic will be given. At a time, one group speaks for the view and the other group speaks in opposition of the view.

The proposition speaks for 2 minutes followed by the opposition speaking for 2 minutes.

Consequently, the rebuttal round will be for 3 minutes followed by the conclusion of 1 minute by each group.

The group which is for the view will speak for 2 minutes and then the group which is against the view will speak for 2 minutes.Then there will be a rebuttal round for 3 minutes followed by conclusion by each group for 1 minute.
The top teams will qualify to the final round where the same procedure will be followed to select the first two positions from junior group as well as senior group.
