SET SAIL WITH MISS NAILL

Welcome Aboard to

Vermilion Elementary School!

I am thrilled to be starting my fourth year as a school counselor at Vermilion Elementary School! Elementary school is a pivotal time to celebrate the individual needs of students and their families in order to set the foundation for long-term success. I will implement a comprehensive school counseling program through curriculum, individual student planning, preventive and responsive services, and system support.

To briefly highlight my academic background, I earned a M.ED. in School Counseling from Cleveland State University in 2021 and a B.A. in Psychology from Bowling Green State University in 2018. As an alumna of the Vermilion Local School District, I am looking forward to the opportunity of making an impact on future generations of fellow Sailors.

Some fun facts about me include that I coach cheerleading at Vermilion High School. The coach in me says that I will always be a child's biggest fan by providing the tools they need to reach success in a creative, spirited and empowering way. Also, if you’ve ever been to Soda Grill there is a good chance that I made your milkshake!

I cannot wait to begin working with you this school year!

Go Sailors!
