Colorado has the roadmap to get water right: The Colorado Water Plan. But many Coloradans don’t know it. “Colorado Has a Water Plan” is a communications program designed to re-engage water stakeholders, raise awareness, and inspire continued action and investment in the water plan.

Posting Instructions
The campaign is designed to be shared in Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. The instructional videos below walk through the process of posting campaign content in each social media platform.
The steps are pretty basic:
Go to the Content Calendar chart below
Locate the correct day's post
Click on the link to download the post's asset, if an image or mp4 video
Open the social media platform where intend to post, and begin a new post
Copy/ Paste the Text Content into your post
Upload the image or mp4 video to the post; or copy/paste the Youtube URL
Copy/paste your organizations' customized bit.ly URL into the post (see "Custom Campaign Link" details below)
Publish your post
Please note: we encourage the download/upload process for campaign image assets because the social platforms preference/ reward original content (vs. re-posts) and our goal is to get as much reach and engagement as possible.
