Use the catalog homepage to access FREE databases as provided by the state of California.
Also use the catalog to search for books. If a student wants to check out a book that is already checked out by another student, they can speak with the teacher librarian and put the book on hold. When the book is returned to the library, students will get an email message letting them know that the book they put on hold is ready to be checked out.
If students want to access their library accounts, they need to click LOG-IN and then enter their student ID number and device password.
Students can check out up to 3 library books for 3 weeks. If students want to extend their due date, they can renew their library book checkout for another 3 weeks.
If books are lost or damaged, students may be asked to replace the book or pay for a new copy.
If students want to recommend a book to be added to the library, speak with the teacher librarian.
Chromebooks and chargers are checked out to every student. Students are expected to charge their devices and bring them to school each day.
Lost or damaged devices can be replaced at no charge from the library.
Headphones and mice can be checked out from the library.
Textbooks are checked out through the school library. Students use their student ID when checking out textbooks. Class novels are considered textbooks and those are due as soon as the class is finished reading the book.
Students are responsible for returning all textbooks to the library by the last day of class.
If textbooks are lost or damaged, students may be asked to replace the books or pay for new copies.
