Welcome to the 2020-2021 School Year!

Our theme for the year is Native Youth in the Time of Social Distancing: Connecting and Taking Action.

This year is about exploring the topics of Idenitity, Diversity, Justice and Action for Native Youth. You will have opportunities to connect with other Native Youth across Ventura County, to explore and expand upon what being Native means to you, to explore Native excellence and consider your own gifts and talents, to discuss injustice regarding Native Peoples, and to take action to make a difference in our community. Action can take many forms from creating social media posts to applying for an internship. Whatever road you decide to take, the learning experiences in this year's Indian Education program will help you acquire the skills to learn more about yourself, to explore Native history, and to be college and career ready! This is sure to be an exciting year!
