Admission Costs: 

Adults and Students $10.00

Children $5.00

*Athletes must show uniform when being admitted.


Bus Drop Off and Parking:

All buses need to unload at the back entrance to the school off of Mountain Trail.  Buses/vans must park in school parking lots or adjacent shopping areas. Buses may not park on city streets and will be ticketed if they do.  All spectators should park in the school’s general parking areas.  See map below.

Team Packets: 

Team packets will be available at the athletes’ entrance upon arrival.

Coaches Meeting

There will be a coaches meeting at 8:30AM in the Press Box to discuss last minute meet details.

Divisions

All athletes must compete in their respective division for the entire meet, with the exception of relay events.  Relays (4X100 & 4X400) will be a combined division event to field the best competition.  Relays will be the only events in which Frosh/Soph and Jr./Sr. will compete together. You may enter as many relays as you wish.

Awards

Medals will be awarded to the top six (6) overall performances (Top 3 Relays) per division/event.  Awards can be picked up at the end of the meet in the press box.

Entries

All entries will be done on athletic.net this year but we will not preseed the meet.  Enter your team's roster on athletic.net prior to the deadline and then your athletes will be seeded in events by the clerk on the day of the meet.     

Results: 

This year’s results will be processed by Royal Results, the official result management team of the C.I.F. Southern Section prelims, finals and masters meet. Results will be posted live.

Spike length

3/16 needle or pyramid spikes will be allowed on the track.

Running Events: 

Running events are not the traditional order of events.  Please remind your athletes to plan accordingly. All running events will be staged at the west end of the stadium, behind the starting area of the 100.  See below for order of events.                               

Order of Events 2020

Field Events 

Any athlete competing in a field event may check-in at the field event site starting at 8:45 AM.  When checking in, athletes must submit their name to the field official and their competitor number.  

Long/Triple: 

Long and triple jump pits will be open pits with a specific closing time.  Athletes will be limited to four (4) jumps (no finals) during the competition.  All athletes need to have their steps down prior to the start of the event. Girls will jump off the pit closest to the scoreboard (by the high jump-west pit) and boys will jump at the pit closest to the flagpole (by the finish line area-east pit).  Athletes must be in line by the closing time of the pit in order to finish jumps.  Once the pit closing time is reached, the line will be closed.

Shot/Discus: 

Athletes will be limited to three (3) throws (no finals) during the competition. There will be minimum marks for measurement in throwing events.  See specifics on the order of events

Pole Vault: 

The vault will be contested on an elevated runway, located at midfield.  Fr/Soph and Jr/Sr Girls will compete together, followed by the Fr/Soph and Jr/Sr boys.

Opening Heights: 

Girls  5’6”  

Boys  6'6”  

High Jump: 

There will be two pits.  If an athlete needs to check out the bar will not be lowered upon their return.

Meet t-shirts will be on sale for $15.00

Snack Bar: 

A full snack bar will be available with assorted food and drinks.
