My name is Sharon Trok and this is my twelfth year teaching at Valley Center Middle School. I have my Multiple Subject and Single Subject Teaching credentials with an authorization in English Language Arts. I received my Bachelor's Degree from California State University, Fullerton and my Master's Degree in Education from Claremont Graduate School. I have taught Elementary school, Middle School, High School and adults. I LOVE teaching at Valley Center Middle School. This year I am teaching 6th, 7th, and 8th Grade ELD. My passion is to help all of my students improve their skills in reading, writing, speaking and listening. I have a very extensive classroom library and I encourage all of my students to work hard to complete a 40 Book Reading Challenge. I live in Valley Center with my husband, Bill. We have 4 grown children who attended Valley Center Schools. In my free time I enjoy reading, swimming, walking, hiking, baking and spending time with my family.
