Well, let's begin by thinking about the definition of democracy...a government in which the supreme power is vested in the people and exercised by them directly or indirectly through a system of representation usually involving periodically held free elections. Now, think about the definition of constitutional...relating to an established set of principles governing a state or society. After pondering the two definitions...please be prepared to discuss today's essential question;
