This Privacy Policy explains what information the Ludo Master mobile game ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") collects, how it is used, and the choices available to you when using the App.
When you launch the App, an anonymous player account is created using Unity Authentication. This account allows us to securely save your game progress, coins, rewards, and other gameplay information.
This anonymous account does not contain your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal contact information.
Your gameplay information, including but not limited to:
Coin balance
Gems
Player level
Statistics
Daily rewards
Missions and achievements
Avatar selection
Game settings
Online rankings
may be securely stored using Unity Cloud Save so your progress can be restored across sessions and devices associated with the same anonymous account.
You may choose a display name within the App. Your display name is stored locally on your device and is shared with other players during online multiplayer matches.
If you choose a custom profile photo, it is selected from your device's gallery and stored locally on your device. The App does not upload your personal photos to our servers.
For online multiplayer gameplay, the App uses Unity Relay and Unity Lobby services for matchmaking and network connectivity.
These services may process technical information such as:
IP address
Session identifiers
Relay connection information
Device network information
solely for establishing and maintaining multiplayer game sessions.
The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob.
Google AdMob and its advertising partners may collect and process information including:
Advertising ID
IP address
Device identifiers
Device information
Approximate location (derived from IP)
Ad interactions
Performance and diagnostic information
This information may be used to:
Deliver advertisements
Measure advertising effectiveness
Prevent fraud

We do not sell your personal information.
Google AdMob may serve personalized advertisements based on your advertising identifier where permitted.
You can manage advertising preferences on Android:
Settings → Google → Ads
From there you can:
Reset your Advertising ID
Limit ad personalization
Where required by applicable law, the App will request your consent before serving personalized advertisements.
The App is not directed toward children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age required by your jurisdiction).
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately so that we can delete the information.
Anonymous account data is retained for as long as your game account remains active.

Locally stored information, including your display name, profile photo, and cached game data, can be removed by clearing the App's storage or uninstalling the App.

Requested only if you choose to set a custom profile photo from your device.
We use commercially reasonable safeguards and rely on trusted service providers to help protect your information. However, no method of electronic storage or internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Any material changes will be reflected by updating the Effective Date at the top of this page. Where appropriate, significant changes may also be communicated through an in-app notification.
