In keeping with our mission and core values, Vanishing Angle's Internship Program is committed to nurturing and empowering young filmmakers by cultivating community and a culture of mutual respect, support, and collaboration.
Our program promotes professional growth and career development by extending opportunities to work directly with seasoned professionals on real-world film productions, while building meaningful relationships within our community. Our goal is to enable students to realize their unique voices in a challenging and competitive industry.
Vanishing Angle's Internship Program is for responsible, motivated, currently enrolled students who have a strong interest in the production/office side of filmmaking.
Because we are working on multiple film projects concurrently, our interns will have opportunities to gain experience in different stages of filmmaking. This internship may be a combination of on-site and remote work. Office and production work will be completed in Los Angeles, although there are opportunities for on-site work in other areas depending on where we are filming during the semester.
Training & Participation may include:
Assistance to exec and producer team, including help in development, pre-pro, production, post, delivery, & distribution
On-set experience (this is dependent on what projects are being shot during the internship)
Marketing and socials
