New to Rugby league ?

Many players joining Vancouver Dragons come from Rugby Union.

The first chart explains the actual playing roles and responsibilities, which are often different even when the position names sound the same.

These guides are designed to help new players understand where they may fit within a Rugby League team. Coaches will ultimately determine the most suitable position based on your skills, experience and playing style.

The second chart shows the closest jersey-number conversion between Union and League positions.
