You can use the multiple choice grid style of question in Forms to accomplish matching questions, order of operations, identifying character traits, attributes of an element, using the correct tool for a shop project, etc. - and all of these will grade automatically.
You can also add images to the Forms in many places.

More than a few teachers have contacted us about improving the security of their assessments when using Forms. Here are a few ideas:
use the new(ish) feature in to put a Form in LOCKED MODE
Turn off "accepting responses" in the Form so students can't preview it
Require students to enter a password to see the Form
Ask a better variety of questions
Require a minimum number of words in an answer
Use image or video based questions (both can be inserted into a Form question)

A knock on Google Forms has been that font choices are highly limited - you can barely use BOLD and ITALICS as options.
