Course Description
Concert Orchestra is a performing group for students seeking to take their playing from the beginner/intermediate level to the intermediate/advanced level. Concert Orchestra performs in four regular season concerts each year. Students are also given the opportunity to participate in state-level festivals. Prerequisite: students must have at least one year of experience playing their instrument, and must complete an audition. All students who meet the prerequisite are accepted, but their audition will determine any remedial instruction needed at the beginning of the year.
