Curriculum

Wonders uses literature in a variety of genres to teach  comprehension skills and strategies, grammar, etc.  This is done in whole class and small group formats.   

The fifth grade curriculum focuses heavily on working with decimals and fractions in all four operations (adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing). We will also do a lot of work with word problems and applications.
