Valley r-vi Counselor Corner
Welcome to Valley's Counselor Corner
This site was designed to keep our students, families, and our school community updated with what is happening in classroom guidance lessons and more. During a time of uncertainty due to COVID-19 pandemic, we wanted to make sure there was an easy way to access resources. My goal is to provide updated resources, mental health supports, activities and more.
*Please check back often, as I hope to update the website regularly with new information.

About me
My name is Megan Strange. I was raised in Ballwin, MO and attended Parkway West High School. After I graduated I attended the University of Missouri-Columbia where I received my bachelor's degree in Psychology. I then attended Missouri Baptist University and received my master's degree in School Guidance Counseling. After receiving my Master's I returned to school and became certified in Special Education, Physical Education, and Health.
My greatest blessing is getting to be a wife to my husband Carl and a mother to 3 children- Kirk(18), Katelyn(16), and Killian(10). In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, running, and watching my children play many different sports.
I am excited to start my 12th year here at Valley and I am ready for whatever this year throws at me. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions you may have, my door is always open!
