View your activity for the last week. Which apps are you spending most time on? Do you feel this represents good Media balance? What goals could you set and actions can you take to help develop a greater sense of balance and wellbeing?
While your Macbook does not have Screentime built in, there are some options which you can consider to monitor your usage and help set goals
Using Google Sheets or Numbers, chart the data you collected in the My Media Choices Inventory Handout to create a graphic similar to slide 10 in the Lesson Slides. Do you see any relationship between your level and type of media use and how you feel?
Take a Look at the UWCT Wellness Wheel website to find areas where you can work to achieve balance. Explore the resources available to help you.
