Q: What are your physics/science interests?

I'm interested in dark matter. Particularly in theories of dark matter related to new particles and new forces, such as theories that hypothesize the existence of a "dark sector" of the standard model with new "dark forces" and new particles.

Q: What are your other interests?

My other interests include video games, coding, and playing piano.

Q: What would you like to do after college?

After college, I would like to pursue a PhD in physics, and do research on dark matter.

Q: Tell us one strange but interested fact about yourself?

Not necessarily strange, but I can't think of anything else: I currently (as of 6/18/2024) hold the world record fastest speedrun in two categories for the game "Eversion".

Q: What first sparked your interest in Physics?

My dad was a big influence in getting me interested in physics. I got interested in dark matter in particular by reading about some of the experiments, hypotheses, and possibilities surrounding dark matter.

Q: If you could have any pet, what would it be?

If I could have any pet, I would probably have a pet bat. In particular a giant flying fox or some other megabat. Not the best pet logistically speaking, but I just think they're cool.

Q: If you had a free month and unlimited funds, how would you spend your time?

If I had a free month and unlimited funds, I would go visit a bunch of different countries and universities.

Q: If you could get a grant to study anything, what would it be?

I would either study dark sector dark matter or the possibility of parallel universes.
