Split Pool Ligation-based Transcriptome sequencing (SPLiT-seq) is a single cell RNA sequencing method developed in the Seelig Lab at the University of Washington.

We hope this website will facilitate the adoption of SPLiT-seq in labs interested in applying single cell RNA sequencing to their work. The current protocol along with other resources to get you started can be found under the "protocol" tab.
