By introducing the idea of revitalized the area revolves around the notion of cities and building joining the strong and most contradict site which is the KLCC tower and the cemetery where P. Ramlee was buried. With these two bouncing magnetic of positive and negative effect, it brings in the solution of an idea by bringing in the presence of P. Ramlee and his music journey by incorporating with Petronas Philharmonic Hall which located in KLCC tower with mostly international performer.
