Jalan Ampang, the major road in Kuala Lumpur City Center surrounded by high rise buildings know as the oldest and busiest roads which carries historical background with contemporary landmarks in the city. As the road has grew to become a rich and famous area with great land value and has high potential to create something high-end with high quality and valuable facilities to be adjacent.

According to result of data collection from local living in urban, a leisure space and work-life balance hit the most desirable space for dwelling. A poor quality housing directly and indirectly has an impact on physical and mental health. Hence, to improve the quality of urban healthy living this design thesis focus on the idea of creating a blue space to a private residential with a vacation-feeling by breaking down the 'intense and busy' urban living.

Blue space prominently feature water which helps to reduce stress, promote physical activity, facilitating social interaction and environmental quality. The metaphor of water strongly conveys as energies of life. The design with water feature at the wall of waterfall.
