KL city implement it's very first bicycle lane- the total 11.86km lane, stretches in a closed loop along Jalan Raja, Jalan Raja Laut, Jalan Sultan Ismail, Jalan P.Ramplee, Jalan Ampang, Jalan Pinang, Jalan Perak, Jalan Raja Chulan, Jalan Gereja, Jalan Tun. H.S. Lee and Lebuh Pasar.
Bicycle lane not cover whole stretch of Jalan Ampang. Therefore proposed a bicycle pavilion at the edge point of the ending of bicycle lane in Jalan Ampang and continue further. It can provide another transportation option to city user yet promote to reduce usage of vehicle in KL City Centre.
