Performing art is a form of art where artists use their voices and bodies to convey a message or artistic expression. Performing arts have ways to express an opinion, emotion, feeling or taste, through means of performance like theatre, public speech, dance, music and more.

“Through the performing arts, we get to stimulate and promote interesting learning experience while injecting a sense of possibility among the students because there are no specific rules in the realm of arts" Soonufat, a teaching alumnus of teach for Malaysia says.

School of performing art promoting culture and art that is not well supportive by majority urban folks in Malaysia, by providing a platform for students who are interested in art and culture, yet providing a big common performance ground for anybody to come and watch performances by students and artists. This will encourage urban dwellers that living nearby and from other places to come and watch the show, either free or paid. Its strategic location also ensuring different way of transportation for different type of people.
