Many global local authorities have begun to improvise the environment for the society through sustainable development (Jacobone, Gori, Sharma, & Braccio, 2018).A rehabilitation center is a facility that assume the responsibility of evaluating the need s and ability of the patients in term of physically challenges persons for providing suitable medical attentions and services in terms of medication, psycho-social and vocational in nature (Worden, 1954).

This rehabilitation centre can consider to be a form of health care center that specialised in providing health care for those vulnerable patients with physical conditions (Chandra, Strouble, & Willis, 2014). Rehabilitation center is significant in providing patient care services, however rehabilitation services required to build within an accessible location and in a short distance travelled (Chandra et al., 2014).
