Urban Pocket for Casual Dining
A Food Handling Center is a place that offer food handling course for all Food Handlers as stipulated in the Food Hygiene Regulations 2009 issued by the Ministry of Health Malaysia which requires all food handlers to be trained in Food Handling and to be familiar with these Regulations. This course is also recommended for those indirectly associated with the food industry to create awareness and gain knowledge of basic food hygiene and prevention from foodborne hazards. There are many eating places around Jalan Ampang in 5km radius however, some of them not really successful in food business. The purposes of Food Handling Center is to helps food entrepreneurs surrounding by offering food business course to increase their knowledge in food handling as well as in business skill.
