UT-PLAYS (Personal Learning at Your Speed) offers several initial add-on endorsement programs for licensed educators and prospective educators in the state of Tennessee. The UT-PLAYS Math and SPED 23-24 cohort is grant funded by the Tennessee Department of Education and offered by The University of Tennessee, Knoxville through June 30th, 2024. 

Future cohorts for the 2024-2025 school year are anticipated to be offered at no to low cost for participants. If you would like to add your name to our waiting list to be considered for future cohorts, please complete the form above.

We offer the following programs:

Special Education Endorsement Programs

• • Comprehensive K-12

  • Interventionist K-8 and/or 6-12

  • Dual Enrollment- Comprehensive K-12 AND Interventionist K-8 & 6-12

Mathematics 6-12 Endorsement Programs

• Mathematics 6-8/6-10

• Mathematics 6-12

The Gist

For the 2023-2024 school year, UT-PLAYS programs are offered at no cost for enrollment and participation. All programs are offered online and in an asynchronous format.

Learn where you want, when you want. The current funding model for UT-PLAYS ends on June 30th, 2024 and enrollment for the 2023-2024 school year is closed. 

Future cohorts for the 2024-2025 school year are anticipated to be offered at a no to low cost for participants. We will begin accepting applications in April 2024.
