Essential Functions

1. Clinical Social Work: 

   • Interns may perform trauma assessments and provide therapy to families. 

   • Interns may work closely with licensed clinical social workers and other mental health professionals.

2. School Social Work:

   • Interns may assess students' learning and behavior characteristics.

3. Community Social Work: 

   • Interns may work with families in need to help with emotional, physical, and financial situations. 

Overall responsibilities may include:

3. • Identifying resources. 

   • Making home visits.

   • Work closely with school staff. 

   • Networking with resources.

   • Preparing documentations.

   • Planning and implementing skill-building groups. 

   • Planning and implementing mentoring services.

   • Assisting with outreach programs.

   • Attending meetings.
