I am an Organizational Behavior Doctoral Student at the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. 

My research focuses on how individuals’ connections with others and the broader organizational environment shape their growth and well-being. To explore this topic, I conduct inductive qualitative research as well as field experiments. 

Prior to pursuing my PhD, I worked in both the consulting and financial services industries. As a consultant at Deloitte, I helped drive financial transformations for F500 companies across a variety of industries. I also managed back-office finance processes at Nationwide Mutual Insurance Co. I earned my BBA in Business Information Systems and Accounting from Texas Christian University, while competing in DI Cross Country and Track & Field.
