Analyzing mutant libraries after directed evolution often requires tedious, manual consensus building from long-read sequencing data. Existing GUI tools like Geneious are costly and still require back-and-forth processing. Our tool automates demultiplexing and consensus generation from Plasmidsaurus Premium PCR reads — with just a raw file and barcode input.
