The conference organizing committee seeks creative, dynamic session proposals that engage with the conference theme and incorporate the national AASL School Library standards.
Formats may include…
Solo or group (approximately 45 mins)
Lesson plan demonstrations (approximately 45 mins)
Facilitated group discussions (approximately 45 mins)
Curiosity Center hands-on demonstrations ( 3 sessions of 15 minutes each)
NEW Ten in 10 Book Talks (10 minutes)
+ Presenters are not compensated* or eligible for discounted registration. Please register as an attendee to the conference even if you are accepted to present.
*unless invited as keynote speaker or author presentation at the request of the conference committee.DEADLINE FOR PROPOSALS:

Presenters will be notified if their proposal has been accepted by June 15, 2025. All presenters who are accepted must respond to the acceptance and confirm their attendance at the conference within 7 days of notification.
Evaluation Criteria
All proposals will be evaluated using the following criteria.
Contribution to professional needs of school libraries and practices
Clarity of purpose and focus
Articulation of value for audience
Fits to proposed format
Relevance to conference theme (Preferred but not required)
