Submission of Annual Performance Report for CY 2023

1.      With reference to OP Memo No. 421, s. 2023, and pursuant to Section 5(b) of RA 6713, all Delivery Units are required to submit an Annual Performance Report for CY 2023 to the campus Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation Office on or before January 10, 2023.

2.      The report may include the following:

a.       A narrative of the major accomplishments that highlight achievements of organizational outcomes;

b.      A narrative of major accomplishments along the DYNAMIC strategic directional areas and core functions;

c.       Other major accomplishments; and

d.      High-resolution pictures to support the major highlights with important details (e.g., captions, names, and positions)

4.      Your submission will be the basis of the PME Office in giving your rating for the Submission of the Annual Report target in your OPCR FY 2023. Please submit your report through this link for the monitoring of your submission date: http://tinyurl.com/APR2023Submission.
