The Advising Portal serves as an alternative means of receiving Advising Forms from UST College of Architecture students for the Second Term, A.Y. 2025-2026.

13 January 2026, 9:00 AM to 12:00 NN - Second Year Students

13 January 2026, 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM - Third Year Students

14 January 2026, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM - Fourth Year Students

15 January 2026, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM - Fifth Year Students

Please be advised that the Advising Portal will strictly be opened from 08:00 AM-04:00 PM on the day of the advising. Advising proper will start at 09:00 AM-04:00 PM of the same day. Only students assigned to their corresponding schedule shall be entertained.

Before you proceed

Eligible for advising? You must attain all of the following conditions:

1. You comply with the required prerequisites of the subject you are enlisting.
Check your curriculum here and ensure that all required prerequisites are attained;
2. You are CLEAR from any 'active' case/s.*
Check if you have pending issues with any of the following offices:
(a) Guidance Office/Health Clearance regarding mental health concern/s,
(b) SWDB, UST Architecture Admin Office, or other university offices,
(c) and that you have acquired clearance and/or supporting documents; and that
3. You comply with the Supplemental Policies of the UST College of Architecture.
Read and accept the conditions stated in the Supplemental Policies of the College, as well as comply with the rule for maximum allowable units for graduating students, and the 'No Overload Policy' of the College.

*If you have existing/uncleared 'active' cases/deficiencies with the aforementioned offices, you need to contact the concerned office/s and get a clearance before you fill out this form to avoid delay in advising.

(a) For guidance office/mental health clearance-related concerns, email Ms. Iren Frances Velasco, Guidance Counselor for First Year, Third Year, and Fifth Year (5AR-6 to 5AR-8), at idvelasco@ust.edu.ph; or Mr. Christopher Vidal, Guidance Counselor for Second Year, Fourth Year, and Fifth Year (5AR-1 to 5AR-5) at cevidal@ust.edu.ph;

(b) For SWDB-related concerns, email Ar. Henry Herrera, SWD Coordinator, at swdc.archi@ust.edu.ph;

(c) For administrative-related concerns, write a formal letter (in PDF format) addressed to:
