Taxes provide funds for the government to carry out its functions. It is the responsibility of individuals and business entities to pay appropriate taxes to contribute to the nation’s well being. 

This course is designed to equip the learners with a thorough understanding of donor’s tax, estate tax, value added tax, other percentage taxes, and various tax procedures and remedies. Learners are expected to compute donor’s tax, estate tax, value added tax and other percentage taxes and prepare tax returns in accordance with the National Internal Revenue Code.
