Application refers to Geomol, the software program provided by the Company.

While using Our Service, We do not require You to provide Us with any personally identifiable information to use the application. The app does not require user registration, login, or account creation.
Usage Data and Device Permissions
Usage Data may be collected automatically when using the Service. When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device's unique ID, Your mobile operating system, and diagnostic data to improve app performance.
Location Data
Our Service does not actively track, collect, or store your precise real-time geographic location. If any underlying third-party framework or hardware optimization service (such as the Unity engine or device AR modules) requires coarse network-based location data strictly for hardware compatibility and performance rendering, this data is processed locally or anonymized immediately. We minimize data usage and do not use location data for user tracking or behavioral profiling.
Information Collected while Using the Application (Camera Access)
While using Our Application, in order to provide features of Our Application, We may collect, with Your prior permission:
Pictures and other information from your Device's camera and photo library.
We use this information strictly to provide augmented reality (AR) features of Our Service on Your local device (displaying molecular structures). This information is processed in real-time and is never uploaded to the Company's servers or any third-party servers. You can enable or disable access to this permission at any time through Your Device settings.
User Content and Screenshots
Users may capture images (screenshots) within the app. These images are stored only on the user’s device and are not transmitted to the developer. Users may choose to share images through third-party apps entirely at their own discretion.
The Company uses the limited automatically collected data strictly for the following purposes:
To provide, maintain, and monitor the performance of our Service.
To troubleshoot technical errors and optimize the user experience.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share any personal information or user data with third parties. No data collected through device permissions is transferred to external entities or used for marketing purposes.
The Company does not collect or store Your Personal Data. Any technical Usage Data or diagnostic metrics processed by third-party frameworks (such as Google Play Services or Unity) are managed in accordance with their respective retention policies. No data is stored or retained on any infrastructure owned by the Company.
Our Service is designed to be safe for users of all ages and is classified for Everyone / All Ages, including children under the age of 13 (or under the age of 16 in the European Union and Brazil).
No Personal Data Collection: We do not knowingly collect, store, or solicit any personally identifiable information from children.
Camera and Location Privacy for Children: The device camera is utilized strictly for real-time local processing to display augmented reality molecular structures. No imagery, location data, or camera data is captured, saved, or transmitted to external servers.
Compliance: Our practices comply with the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately so that we can take corrective action.
The security of Your Data is important to Us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While We strive to use commercially reasonable means to protect Your Data, We cannot guarantee its absolute security.
