Hi! :)

My name is Lucas Ferrandi de Oliveira, I am a Direct-PhD student at Instituto de Física da Universidade de São Paulo (IFUSP), Brazil, where I also completed my Physics bachelor in 2021 and Institut Für Kernphysik (IKP),  Münster, Germany.

I am oriented by prof. Marcelo Gameiro Munhoz, from HEPIC (High Energy Physics and Instrumentation Centre) and co-oriented by prof. Anton Andronic, from Münster. My PhD research is about heavy quark jets in relativistic heavy-ion collisions, focusing on ALICE experiment, at CERN. Prior to that, between 2020 and 2022 I studied the initial conditions in relativistic heavy ion collisions, focusing on the geometries of the Fireball and Hot Spots and its influence on heavy quarks formation.
