At Pathways our Vision is that young adults with a variety of needs and abilities will graduate to a sustainable quality of life they deserve at the level of independence in which they desire and achieve.

Our Mission at Pathways is to provide a transition program for young adults ages 18 – 21 who have graduated high school yet have daily living, social and/or vocational needs that require supported real world experiences within a community setting that will allow them reach their postsecondary goals.

What is Pathways?

Pathways is a transition program for 18 - 21 year old high school graduates from Tonganoxie and Basehor-Linwood school districts.

Where is Pathways?

Pathways is located in a community setting in downtown Tonganoxie.

Who attends Pathways?

The young adult that attends Pathways will have a custom individual schedule that meets their daily living and vocational post secondary needs.

What is the admission criteria for Pathways?

High school graduates with post secondary IEP goals that require continued support and needs in the areas of daily living and vocational skills may be considered.
