WRMS Fit Camp
Purpose
Do you want to get bigger, faster, stronger? Get out of bed and off of the couch and come join the challenge to improve your fitness. Athletes that participate will improve their core strength, speed, flexibility, and explosiveness to be used in all sports.
Information
Workouts will begin Tuesday, May 28th.
Camp will be on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays through July 18 (calendar on next page).
We will be holding two sessions daily:
Open Session: 7:45-8:45 am
Girls Only: 9:00-10:00 am
Participants must sign up using the Google Form to attend.
The fee for the camp will be $5 per session per day
or $80 for the summer
During the camp, athletes will work on their core strength, speed, flexibility and agility, explosiveness, and their overall conditioning to be utilized in all sports.
