All forms needed for tryouts:

Registration Link must be filled out to gain access to the password for Tryout Material

• Parent/Student Consent  Handbook needs to be reviewed

• 4 Teacher Recommendations (3 must be from a core class)

• Student Grade Verification  Must be signed off by teachers of the class

Must be turned in by April 23, 2025

These forms are included in your tryout score.
