Coach Bachura returns for his 5th year as part of the BHS Coaching Staff and 2nd as the head coach. In 2025, the Bulldogs amassed 10+ wins for only the 5th time in program history and reached the Regional Championship game for only the 3rd time in program history, ultimately finishing as the Regional Runner-Up.
As a player, Bachura was a 2nd-Team All State pitcher as a senior at Council Grove High School and played collegiately at Coffeyville Community College and Emporia State University.
Coach Bachura teaches Social Studies at Baldwin High School and is an assistant football coach for BHS as well.
Bachura and his wife, Hailey, who is a SS Teacher at Spring Hill High School and coaches softball, live outside Baldwin City and have a daughter, Harper, and a son, Kellen.

Coach Barr returns for his 3rd season as part of the BHS Coaching Staff. Barr will be in charge of the offense, will again working with the outfielders and all three teams for the Bulldogs this Spring.
As a player, Barr was a 4-year varsity starter (P/OF) at Greeley Central High School in Greeley, CO. He then attended Lamar CC in Lamar, CO and was a 2-year starter for them as well. Barr finished his career as a pitcher at McNeese State University in Lake Charles, LA.
As a coach, he started his career as a JV coach for his high school coach. After moving to Kansas, Barr began working with the Kansas CIty Sports Club in KC, where he coached several youth teams and gave 25 hours/week of baseball lessons to youth 7-22.
Barr and his wife, Jodie, moved to Baldwin City in February 2023 and have two kids, Kaleigh and Colt.

Coach Wright, a Baldwin alumni, returns for his 8th year as part of the BHS Coaching Staff. Wright will help with the infielders this Spring, while also serving as the Head JV coach.
As a player, Wright pitched collegiately at Allen County Community College and was inducted into the Red Devil Diamond Club Hall of Fame as part of the 2000 team that advanced to the NJCAA World Series.
Coach Wright and his wife, Emily, play an active role in the Baldwin community as Emily is the owner of Whitney's Hair Salon and they have three kids Addie, Emmett, and Ella.
