My name is Sawyer Ptacek and I am 24 years young! I will be the K-5 Counselor for the 2020-2021 school year. This will be my third year working for USD #298 and I’m excited to make this year a great one!
I grew up right here in Lincoln and am very happy to be back living, working, and raising a family here. My husband, Trenton, and my three month old, Manning, are my two favorite guys! Some of my other favorites include: reading, crafting, riding horses, volleyball, basketball, spending time with family, bright colors, Kansas Jayhawks, Vanilla Coke from Sonic, Sour Patch Kids, sunflowers, and Netflix
I graduated from McPherson College with Bachelor of Science degrees in Psychology and Sociology with an Emphasis in Child Development. I also graduated with a Master’s Degree in School Counseling from Fort Hays State University. I am a licensed school counselor through KSDE.
