Ottawa Yearbook

This site is where you'll find all of the yearbook forms for seniors and senior parents. There are two forms for the parents, but you will only use one. The difference is if you have a Gmail account or not. If you have a Gmail account, you can upload photos directly in the form. If you don't have a Gmail account, you will fill out the appropriate form and email the photos to the email listed in the form.

The deadline for all the forms is March 13, 2026. This is the last school day before Spring Break
