Enrollment Support

• Go back to the Parent Sign In page, click the Sign In Tab and click 'Forgot Username or Password' . 

• Click the 'Forgot Username?' Tab and fill in your email address then select Enter.

• Click the following link 'Forgot Username or Password' and use the 'Forgot Password?' Tab to reset your password. 

• You must know your username in order to get your password reset. 

• If you don't use the correct username, you will not receive a password reset email. 

• To get your username follow the above instructions.

You can only add students in the Parent Portal Website (usd253.powerschool.com/public) . You will not be able to add students in the App.

• In the Parent Portal select the menu item called 'Account Preferences' then select the 'Students' Tab. 

• Click the Add button and using the Access ID and Access Password previously emailed to you, add any student that you are missing. 

• If you do not know the students Access ID and Access Password please contact Enrollment or student's attending school. 

• You will need to provide verification of your relationship with the student in order to obtain the Access ID and Access Password.

• In the Parent Portal choose the student you need to complete forms for.

• In the left navigation list click 'Forms'. 

  • In the App click More at the bottom of the screen then click 'Forms'.

• Complete any necessary unfinished forms.

You cannot pay student fees through the PowerSchool Parent Portal App. You will need to go to the website.

• In the Parent Portal choose the student you need to pay fees for.

• In the left navigation list click 'Balance'. 

• Click the 'Make a Payment' button which will take you to the RevTrak payment portal.

  • You will need to either login to your RevTrak portal or create a new RevTrak account.

• Add student fees to your cart then follow prompts to add your credit card and pay the fees online.
