Cory Joy

Mr. Joy teaches World History and Current Events. He also is an assistant coach for the SHS Ladyjays basketball team. 

Mr. Joy graduated from SHS in 2004. After high school, Mr. Joy attended Emporia State University and eventually earned his Bachelor's degree in General Studies from Missouri State University. 

Mr. Joy married Connie Joy in 2009 and they have 3 children: Josie, Jack, and Max. While not teaching and coaching, Mr. Joy enjoys spending time with his family, watching and playing sports, and serving his church.
