About Me
Hi! My name is Zeman Li (李泽慢). I am a first year Ph.D. student in the Industrial and Systems Engineering Department at the University of Southern California. I am fortunate to be advised by Prof. Meisam Razaviyayn. I got my first BS degree in Applied Mathematics at Emory University and my second BS degree in Computer Engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology. During my time at GT, I am fortunate to be advised by Prof. Xie Yao.
My research interest lies in the intersection of large-scale optimization and machine learning, particularly developing data-efficient methods to train foundation models. Additionally, I hold a keen interest in the realm of privacy-preserving machine learning.
