Welcome to Shao lab! We are researchers that focus on understanding the behavior of materials and devices by developing and applying novel electron microscopy techniques. We combine imaging, diffraction, spectroscopy, and machine learning approaches to probe structural, chemical, electronic properties, and topological textures at the atomic scale.
