Infrastructural Imaginary

MAR 25 - APR 09, 2017

Infrastructural Imaginary explored the history, current state, and potential futures of Taylor Yard, an abandoned railyard in Glassell Park, Los Angeles. The exhibition presented contemporary explorations of the site in dialogue with historical documents, in an attempt to fill a gap in Los Angeles history by reintroducing industry into the larger narratives of the city and by exploring the construction of site through imagined narratives, artifacts, and projections.

The exhibit was hosted in conjunction with the USC Roski School of Art and Design, USC Libraries, LA as Subject, and 2426WW.
